4.1.172 ते तद्राजाः

From 4.1.166 to here - the अञ् etc. are called तद्राज  i.e. अञ् अण् ङ्यण् ण्यञ् यङ् are तद्राज. Note that the तद्राज  suffixes undergo लुक्  in plural number.
