2.4.21 उपज्ञोक्रमं तदाद्याचिख्यासायां

उपज्ञान्त and उपक्रमान्त तत्पुरुष have neuter gender when the उपज्ञेय and उपक्रम्य  appears first (except in the case of नञ् and कर्मधारय तत्पुरुष). उपज्ञा is a new-knowledge (e.g. discovery) and उपक्रम is a new action. For example, नन्दस्य उपक्रमं.
