2.4.24 अशाला च

तत्पुरुष with सभा in a non-शाला (non-entity) sense is neuter (except in the case of नञ् and कर्मधारय तत्पुरुष) i.e. when the sense is that of शाला, then neuter isn't necessary (as in धर्मसभा).
