लिट् suffix after इन्धि and भू are कित्-like as well. The कित् of a लिट् suffix after इन्ध् results in a लोप of the अनुनासिक (अनिदितां हल उपधायाः -) e.g. इन्ध् त - इन्ध् एश् (झयोरेश्-) - इध् एश् - इ इ ध् ए - ईधे. The कित् of लिट् suffix after भू are through 1.2.5 but the पित् suffixes are कित् as well through the current sutra e.g. भू तिप् (णल्) - वृद्धि of अचो ञ्णिति is barred because of णल् being कित् through the current sutra. Further, भुवो वुक् लुङ्लिटोः applies. Hence, भू णल् - भूव् अ - भू भू व् अ - बभूव.
