1.4.104 युष्मद्युपपदे समानाधिकरणे स्थानिन्यपि मध्यमः

whether युष्मद् is omit-able or not, same अधिकरण results in मध्यम. त्वंपाठम्पठसि (युष्मद् not omitted) or पाठम्पठसि (omitted). When  अधिकरण is not the same, त्वया पठ्यते doesn't use मध्यम.
