2.4.79 तनादिभ्यस्तथासोः

सिच् after तनादि with त थास् suffix is लुक्. For example, तन् त (लुङ्) - अ तन् सिच् त - अ तन् त - अतत. When लुक् is not applied (permissible), one gets अ तन् सिच् त - अ तन् इट् स् त - अतनिष्ठ.
